Article 77 of Income Tax Law No. 34 of 2014
Article text
أ- يصدر مجلس الوزراء الانظمة اللازمة لتنفيذ احكام هذا القانون.
ب- يصدر الوزير بتنسيب من المدير التعليمات التنفيذية اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون على
ان يتم نشرها في الجريدة الرسمية .
ج- يستمر العمل بالأنظمة والتعليمات التنفيذية والتعليمات الصادرة قبل نفاذ احكام هذا
القانون إلى المدى الذي لا تتعارض فيه مع أحكامه إلى أن تعدل او تلغى او يستبدل غيرها بها
وفقا لاحكام هذا القانون .
