اذا كان ذو العلاقة مصابا بعاهة تحول دون قدرته على التعبير عن ارادته بصورة طبيعية ويثبت
ذلك بتقرير طبي فعلى الكاتب
العدل بموافقة رئيس المحكمة تكليف ذي العلاقة باحضار شخص للتوقيع نيابة عنه على السند
بحضور شاهدين وان تؤخذ بصمة
ذي العاهة حيثما كان ذلك ممكن.
