Article text
1 - يحق لذوي العلاقة أن يطلبوا إعطاءهم صورة مطابقة للأصل عن أي أوراق محفوظة في سجل
الكاتب العدل أو مسجلة في دفتره أو محفوظة إلكترونيا ويحظر على الكاتب العدل أن يعطي
ما عداهم شيئا مما ذكر ما لم يأذن الوزير أو رئيس المحكمة أو قاضي الصلح بغير ذلك.
2 - يقصد بعبارة (ذوي العلاقة) أصحاب التوقيع أو المتعاقدون أو الذين قاموا مقامهم بحكم
