Article text
يحظر على الكاتب العدل أن يسلم الى أي شخص كان الأوراق الأصلية المحفوظة في سجلاتها
أو بأي من الوسائل الإلكترونية ، وعند وجود ضرورة لتسليم الاصل بناء على قرار من المحكمة
عليه أن يعطي الأصل مؤقتا ولكن على شرط ان يحفظ عنه صورة مصدقة منه ومن الوزير أو
رئيس المحكمة أو قاضي الصلح حسب مقتضى الحال.
