Article text
1 - يحظر على الكاتب العدل ان ينظم او يصدق أوراقاً او يؤشر عليها تحتوي على عبارات تخالف
. الدستور والنظام العام والآداب
2 -يحظر على الكاتب العدل ان ينظم سندا بتحويل محتويات محل تجاري ، بصورة كلية او جزئية ،
الى محل اخر او يصدق او يؤشر
على مثل هذا السند ما لم يعلن مالك المحل عن ذلك في صحيفة يومية محلية واحدة او اكثر
وقبل ثمانية ايام على الاقل من
تاريخ تنظيم السند او التصديق او التأشير عليه.
