Article text
1 - يحظر على الكاتب العدل تنظيم أي عقد او تصديقه او التأشير عليه اذا كان له فيه منفعة
شخصية او لاي من اصوله وفروعه
وزوجه او أي من اقاربه حتى الدرجة الرابعة ، كما يحظر عليه قبول أي منهم خبيرا او كفيلا او لاي
غرض اخر.
2 ( - يتم تنظيم العقود الخاصة بالكاتب العدل او باي من اقاربه المذكورين في الفقرة 1 ) من
هذه المادة او تصديقها او
التأشير عليها من قبل موظف ينتدبه رئيس المحكمة او قاضي الصلح الذي يكون الكاتب العدل
ضمن دائرة اختصاصه.
