الإجازة المرضية
- أ 1 - يستحق الموظف إجازة مرضية لمدة لا تزيد على سبعة أيام مجتمعة أو متفرقة خلال السنة
بناءً على تقرير من طبيب وزارة الصحة أو أحد المستشفيات.
2 ( - يحسم من رصيد إجازات الموظف السنوية ما يزيد على المدة المنصوص عليها في البند 1 )
. من هذه الفقرة وفي حال استنفاد الإجازة السنوية تحسم من راتبه
ب- إذا زادت مدة الإجازة المرضية على سبعة أيام متصلة فتمنح بناء على تقرير من اللجنة
الطبية المختصة، ولا تحسم في هذه الحالة من رصيد إجازاته السنوية.
