الاستغناء عن الخدمة
يتم الاستغناء عن خدمة الموظف بقرار من المرجع المختص في الحالات التالية:
أ- حصول الموظف على تقييم أداء بتقدير (إنجاز المهام بمستوى ضعيف).
ب- استمرار أداء الموظف الحاصل على تقييم أداء بتقدير (إنجاز المهام بمستوى متوسط) أو
(إنجاز المهام بمستوى دون المتوسط ) بذات التقدير بعد انقضاء المهلة الممنوحة له لتقويم
أدائه بمقتضى أحكام هذا النظام.
ج- صدور قرار بالاستغناء عن خدماته من المجلس التأديبي أو الوزير.
