تنشأ في الدائرة وحدة تسمى (وحدة ترخيص وكلاء الإعسار والرقابة عليهم) تتولى المهام
التالية:-
أ- استلام طلبات ترخيص وكلاء الإعسار وطلبات تجديد تراخيصهم ووقفها ورفعها للجنة للبت
بها.
ب- التنسيق مع لجنة الامتحان لإجراء الترتيبات اللازمة لعقد امتحان وكلاء الإعسار وفقا للآلية
التي تحددها اللجنة.
ج- التدقيق على وكلاء الإعسار للوقوف على التزامهم بأحكام القانون وهذا النظام والتعليمات
الصادرة بموجبه.
د- التحقق من الشكاوى المقدمة بشأن أي من وكلاء الإعسار والمحالة لها من اللجنة ورفع
توصياتها للجنة لاتخاذ القرار المناسب بشأنها.
هـ- التحقق من التزام وكلاء الإعسار بشروط ومتطلبات الترخيص.
و- أي أمور أخرى تكلفها اللجنة بها.
