الفصل الثالث
حساب نفقات حالات الإعسار بلا أموال
أ- يُنشأ لدى الدائرة حساب أمانات يسمى "حساب نفقات حالات الإعسار بلا أموال".
ب- يستخدم رصيد الحساب لتغطية النفقات الناشئة عن دعاوى الإعسار التي تقرر المحكمة
عدم وجود أموال كافية لتغطية نفقاتها وعلى النحو التالي:
1 - أتعاب الخبرة .
2 . - أي نفقات ومصاريف قضائية لازمة للسير في دعوى الإعسار
3 . - أتعاب وكيل الإعسار التي تحددها المحكمة
. ج- تعفى دعوى الإعسار من رسوم المحاكم بأنواعها كافة ودرجاتها بما فيها رسوم الإبراز
د- تعفى دعوى الإعسار ومعاملات الصرف من الحساب المنصوص عليه في الفقرة (أ) من هذه
المادة من رسوم طوابع الواردات.
