تستوفى الرسوم التالية من وكلاء الإعسار:-
أ- اذا كان شخصا طبيعيا :-
1 - مائتان وخمسون ديناراً عن كل امتحان.
2 . - خمسمائة دينار عند ترخيص وكيل الإعسار للمرة الأولى
3 . - مائتان وخمسون ديناراً عن تجديد الترخيص
ب- إذا كان شخصاً اعتبارياً فتستوفى الرسوم المنصوص
( عليها في البندين 2 ) ( و 3 ) من الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة.
