Article text
للجنة تكليف موظف أو أكثر من موظفي الوحدة أو أي
خبير من أي جهة خارجية لتدقيق دفاتر وكيل الإعسار
وسجلاته وعلى وكيل الإعسار ان يتعاون معهم
لتمكينهم من إنجاز مهمتهم وان يضع تحت تصرفهم ما
يطلبونه من وثائق وأوراق وسجلات وكشوفات بشكل
كامل، وعلى وكيل الإعسار الاستجابة لطلب اللجنة او من
تكلفه لسماع أقواله حول المسائل التي تحددها اللجنة
وخلال الفترة الزمنية المحددة من قبلها.
