أ- يتم إدارة حساب نفقات حالات الإعسار بلا أموال من قبل اللجنة ووفقا للأنظمة المالية
والتعليمات المعمول بها لدى الوزارة ويتم الصرف من الحساب بموجب قرار يصدر عن المحكمة
التي تنظر دعوى الإعسار.
ب- يحدد الحد الأدنى لأتعاب وكلاء الاعسار في حالات الإعسار بدون أموال بشكل سنوي بقرار
يصدر عن اللجنة في موعد لا يتجاوز اليوم الثلاثين من شهر تشرين الثاني من السنة السابقة.
