أ- تقرر المحكمة بعد استكمال إجراءات بيع حصص أو أسهم المدين تعليق إجراءات الإعسار.
ب- بعد إتمام إجراءات نقل ملكية حصص المدين أو أسهمه وتسجيلها باسم المشتري، تنتهي
إجراءات الإعسار بمواجهة الشركة التي تم بيع حصصها أو أسهمها بشكل نهائي وتستأنف في
مواجهة ذمة الإعسار التي تتكون حصراً من:-
1 - حصيلة بيع حصص المدين أو أسهمه.
2 ( - الأموال المستثناة من أصول المدين وفقاً لأحكام الفقرتين )ب( و)ج( من المادة 46 ) من هذا
