في حال بيع حصص المدين أو أسهمه ، إذا كان شخصا
اعتباريا، أو بيع أمواله كافة، أو أي جزء منها، يكون للدائنين
أصحاب الحقوق المضمونة بتلك الأموال أولوية في
استيفاء حقوقهم من حصيلة البيع وفقاً لأحكام القانون،
وتحدد الأولوية بالاستيفاء بنسبة الأموال التي تضمن
حقوقهم إلى كامل القيمة المقدرة للأموال العائدة
للمدين التي تم بيعها.
