Article 238 of Commercial Law No. 12 of 1966
Article text
يضمن الساحب الوفاء ، وكل شرط يعفي به الساحب نفسه من هذا الضمان يعتبر كأن لم
يكن.
1 - هيئة التفليسة
1 . - تسلم ادارة اموال المفلس الى وكيل مأجور يدعى وكيل التفليسة، تعينه المحكمة
2 . - ويتضمن الحكم بشهر الافلاس تعيين وكيل او عدة وكلاء للتفليسة
3 . - ويمكن في كل وقت ان يزاد عدد الوكلاء الى ثلاثة
4 . - وتحدد نفقاتهم ومرتباتهم بقرار من القاضي المنتدب وفاقاً لتعرفتهم الخاصة
5 - ويحق للمدين وللدائنين ان يعترضوا على قرار النفقات في ميعاد ثمانية ايام وتفصل
