Article 299 of Commercial Law No. 12 of 1966
Article text
1 - بعد اطلاع المفوض على دفاتر المدين واسناده وبالاستناد الى المعلومات التي تمكن من
جمعها ،يتحقق المفوض صحة
بيان الدائنين والمدينين ويدخل عليه التعديلات اللازمة ويبين المبالغ المترتبة للمدين او عليه.
2 - ويحق له عند الاقتضاء ان يطلب من اصحاب العلاقة الايضاحات اللازمة.
3 - ثم يضع المفوض بلا ابطاء تقريرا مفصلا عن حالة المدين التجارية وعن تصرفاته ويودع هذا
التقرير قلم المحكمة قبل
موعد الاجتماع المعين للصلح بثلاثة ايام على الاقل.
