1 - لا تدخل في حساب الاغلبية المبينة في المادة السابقة ديون زوج المدين ولا ديون اقاربه
. ومصاهريه لغاية الدرجة الرابعة
2 - ويحرم ايضاً من التصويت الاشخاص الذين احرزوا هذه الديون بطريقة التفرغ او المزايدة في
خلال السنة التي سبقت طلب
الصلح.
3 - ان التفرغ عن الديون اذا حدث بعد القرار المختص بدعوة الدائنين لا يمنح حق التصويت في
