Article 319 of Commercial Law No. 12 of 1966
Article text
1 - يجوز ايضا ان ترفع القضية الى المحكمة بلائحة يقدمها دائن او عدة دائنين.
2 . - يجب ان لا يجاوز ميعاد الجلسة ثلاثة ايام من تاريخ تقديم اللائحة
وفي الاحوال المستعجلة كما لو اغلق التاجر مخزنه وهرب او اخفى قسماً هاماً من موجوداته ،
يحق للدائنين
3 - مراجعة المحكمة في غرفة المذاكرة وعندئذ تفصل المحكمة القضية في غرفة المذاكرة
