Article 7 of Commercial Law No. 12 of 1966
Article text
تعد اعمالا تجارية بحرية:
ا- كل مشروع لانشاء او شراء بواخر معدة للملاحة الداخلية او الخارجية بقصد استثمارها تجارياَ او
بيعها وكل بيع للبواخر المشتراة على هذا الوجه.
ب- جميع الارساليات البحرية وكل عملية تتعلق بها كشراء او بيع لوازمها من حبال واشرعة ومؤن.
ج- اجارة السفن او التزام النقل عليها والاقراض او الاستقراض البحري.
د- وسائر العقود المختصة بالتجارة البحرية كالاتفاقات والمقاولات على اجور البحارة وبدل
خدمتهم او استخدامهم للعمل على بواخر تجارية.
