1 - جميع الاعمال التي يقوم بها التاجر لغايات تجارية تعد تجارية ايضا في نظر القانون.
2 . - وعند قيام الشك تعد اعمال التاجر صادرة منه لهذه الغاية الا اذا ثبت العكس
