الباب الثالث
التجار
الفصل الاول
التجار على وجه عام والاهلية المطلوبة للاتجار
1 - التجار هم:
. أ- الاشخاص الذين تكون مهنتهم القيام باعمال تجارية
ب- الشركات التي يكون موضوعها تجاريا.
2 - اما الشركات التي يكون موضوعها مدنيا ولكنها اتخذت صفة الشركات المساهمة المحدودة
والعادية فتخضع لجميع التزامات
التجار المعينة في الفصلين الثاني والثالث من هذا الباب.
