Article text
أ- يحدد مقدار الرسوم التي تستوفيها الوزارة من التاجر عن قيده في السجل التجاري على النحو
التالي:-
1 - اربعون ديناراً من فئة التجار الذين يبلغ رأسمالهم خمسين الف دينار فأكثر.
2 . - ثلاثون ديناراً من فئة التجار الذين يبلغ رأسمالهم ثلاثين الف دينار ويقل عن خمسين الف دينار
3 . - عشرون ديناراً من فئة التجار الذين يبلغ رأسمالهم عشرين الف دينار ويقل عن ثلاثين الف دينار
4 . - عشرة دنانير من فئة التجار الذيـن يقل رأسمالهم عن عشريــن الف دينـــار
ب-اذا طرأ تعديل بزيادة رأس المال المسجل للتاجر بحيث يصبح ضمن فئة اخرى من الفئات
المحددة في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة
( ، فتستوفي الوزارة فرق الرسم بين الفئتين وذلك مع مراعاة احكام الفقرة )هـ( من المادة 4 ) من
هذا النظام.
