تستوفي الوزارة الرسوم التالية:-
أ- خمسة دنانير عن اصدار شهادة تسجــيل تاجــر لأول مرة.
ب-خمسة دنانير عن اصدار اي بيانات تتعلق بقيد التاجر تبين ان له قيودا مشطـوبة او قائمة.
ج- ثلاثة دنانير عن اصدار صورة مصدقة عن سجل التاجر.
د-دينارا واحدا عن اي بيانات صادرة عن امين السجل التجاري في الوزارة بعدم وجود قيد لطالب
البيانات.
هـ-خمسة دنانير عن كل طلب تعديل على أي من البيانات المبينة ادناه وذلك مهما بلغ عدد
التعديلات المطلوبة:-
1 - تعديل العنوان.
2 . - تعديل راس المال
3 . - التعديل باضافة فروع الى المركز الرئيسي
4 . - التعديل على غايات التجارة
5 . - التعديل على المفوضين بالادارة والتوقيع
6 . - أي تعديل اخر
