Article text
أ- يشترط لترخيص الشركة أن تكون احد الأنواع التالية:-
1 - مساهمة عامة.
2 . - مساهمة خاصة
3 . - فرعاً لشركة أجنبية يمارس نشاط التمويل للشركة الأم
ب- لا تسري أحكام الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة على الشركات التي تقتصر غاياتها على التأجير
التمويلي أو الاجارة المنتهية بالتمليك.
