اذا كان المدين ملزما بان يوفي مع الدين اية نفقات وكان ما اداه لا يفي بالدين مع تلك النفقات
حسم ما أدى
من حساب النفقات ثم من اصل الدين هذا ما لم يتفق على غيره.
