الفصل السادس
حساب راتب التقاعد والمكافأة
أ- يحسب راتب التقاعد الشهري للموظف الذي يستحق التقاعد على اساس ضرب مجموع عدد
اشهر خدمته المقبولة للتقاعد في راتبه
الشهري الاخير وتقسيم حاصل الضرب على ثلاثماية وستين و لا يجوز ان يتجاوز راتب التقاعد
الشهري في اية حال راتب
الموظف الشهري الاخير.
ب- يتم احتساب الراتب التقاعدي للموظف الذي يحال على التقاعد بعد نفاذ احكام هذا القانون
باضافة سنتين عن مدة السنتين
التي قضاها في خدمة العلم 0
