Article text
أ- يباشر قاضي الصلح اختصاصات الرئيس في الاماكن التي ليس فيها محكمة بداية .
ب-يباشر المأمور اجراءات التنفيذ يعاونه عدد كاف من الكتبة والمحضرين .
ج-لا يجوز القيام باي اجراء تنفيذي قبل الساعة السابعة صباحا او بعد السابعة مساء الا في
حالات الضرورة وباذن من الرئيس .
