Article text
أ- يلتزم موظف الشركة بما يلي:-
1 -تسلم الاوراق القضائية ومرفقاتها من قلم المحكمة او الدائرة المختصة لتبليغها واعادتها
لمصدرها شريطة توقيعها
من المستلم في الحالتين.
2 -المحافظة على سرية الاوراق القضائية.
-: ب- ويحظر على موظف الشركة ما يلي
1 -اجراء أي تبليغ يتعلق باحد اقاربه.
2 . -اجراء أي تغيير في البيانات الواردة في ورقة التبليغ
3 . -الاحتفاظ لنفسه باي صورة عن ورقة التبليغ
4 . -قبول أي هدية نقدية او عينية من طالب التبليغ او المطلوب تبليغه
