أ- على الشركة عند قيامها بتبليغ الأوراق القضائية داخل المملكة اتباع الأصول المنصوص عليها
في القانون.
ب- إذا كان المطلوب تبليغه الأوراق القضائية مقيما في بلد خارج المملكة وكان موطنه فيه
معروفاً فعلى الشركة أن تقوم بتبليغه حسب الأصول المتبعة في بلد إقامته ووفقاً للاتفاقيات
الدوليـة المصـادق عليهـــا وأن
تقوم بتقديم الوثائق المؤيدة لقيامها بإجراء هذا التبليغ.
