أ- تلتزم الشركة باجراء تبليغ الاوراق القضائية داخل المملكة خلال مدة لا تزيد على سبعة ايام
من تاريخ تسلم موظف الشركة
لورقة التبليغ ولا تتجاوز ثلاثين يوما اذا كان التبليغ لشخص يقيم خارج المملكة.
ب- تتحمل الشركة المسؤولية عن الاخطاء التي يرتكبها موظف الشركة في تبليغ الاوراق
القضائية وتكون ملزمة باعادة التبليغ
على نفقتها الخاصة.
