تحتفظ الشركة بسجلات لقيد البيانات المتعلقة بما يلي:-
أ-الاوراق التي تسلمتها لاجراء تبليغها وتاريخ تسلمها لها.
ب-تاريخ تبليغ الاوراق للمطلوب تبليغه.
ج-اسم الموظف الذي قام بالتبليغ.
