Article 30 of Traffic Law No. 49 of 2008
Article text
- أ 1 ( - يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن شهر ولا تزيد على ثلاثة أشهر أو بغرامة مقدارها 100 ) مائة دينار أو بكلتا
( هاتين العقوبتين كل من قام بقيادة المركبة بسرعة تزيد على الحد المقرر بأكثــر من 50 ) كم/ساعــة.
2 ( - تضاعف الغرامة المنصوص عليها في البند 1 ) من هذه الفقرة في حال تكرار المخالفة المنصوص عليها
. فيها خلال سنة من تاريخ ارتكابها
( ب- يعاقب بغرامة مقدارها 30 ) ثلاثون ديناراً من قام بقيادة المركبة بسرعــة تزيــد على الحد
( المقرر بأكثر من 30 ) ( كم/ ساعة ولغاية 50 ) كم/ ساعة .
( ج- يعاقب بغرامة مقدارها 20 ) عشرون ديناراً من قام بقيادة المركبة بسرعــة تزيد على الحد
( المقرر بأكثـر من 10 ) ( كم/ ساعة ولغاية 30 ) كم/ ساعة .
