للخصم ان يطلب ضمن قائمة بيناته إلزام خصمه بتقديم أسناد او أوراق منتجة في الدعوى تكون
تحت يده على ان يبين في القائمة ما يلي :-
1 - أوصاف السند أو الورقة.
2 . - فحوى السند أو الورقة بقدر ما يمكن من التفصيل
3 . - الواقعة التي يستشهد بالورقة أو السند عليها
4 . - الدلائل أو الظروف التي تؤيد أن الورقة أو السند تحت يد الخصم
