1 - الاجازة لاحد الخصوم باثبات واقعة بشهادة الشهود تقتضي دائماً أن يكون للخصم الآخر الحق
. في دفعها بهذا الطريق
2 - اذا أرفق السند العادي بشهادة خطية مشفوعة بالقسم أمام الكاتب العدل صادرة عمن أصدره وأفاد
فيها بصحة صدور هذا السند عنه فيعتبر ذلك كافيا لاثبات صحة صدوره عنه ما لم يثبت التزوير او كذب
الشهادة.
