إذا كان سعر الشراء المعروض عند بيع وحدات النشاط
الاقتصادي بصفتها عاملة ومنتجة سواء كلياً أو جزئياً أو بيع
حصص أو أسهم المدين، إذا كان شخصاً اعتبارياً، يقل عن
( ما نسبته 50 ) من القيمة المقدرة التي اعتمدتها %
المحكمة، فلا يجوز السير بإجراءات البيع إلا بعد الحصول
على موافقة لجنة الدائنين، إن وجدت .
