الفصل الثاني
ترخيص وكلاء الإعسار
أ- يشترط في أي شخص يتولى أعمال وكيل الإعسار أن يكون مرخصاً وفق أحكام القانون وهذا
النظام .
ب- الى حين ترخيص وكلاء إعسار، يجوز للمحكمة أن تعين وكلاء إعسار من الأشخاص
( الطبيعيين شريطة أن تتوافر فيهم الشروط المنصوص عليها في البنود 1 ) ( و 2 ) ( و 3 ) ( و 4 ) ( و 5 )
( من الفقرة )أ( من المادة 14 ) من هذا النظام وللمحكمة أن تكلف وكيل الإعسار المعين بتقديم
الوثائق والمستندات التي تراها مناسبة لإثبات استيفائه لتلك الشروط.
