أ- تشكل لجنة تسمى (لجنة وكلاء الإعسار) برئاسة الوزير وعضوية كل من:-
1 - وزير العدل نائبا للرئيس.
2 . - رئيس مجلس مفوضي هيئة الأوراق المالية
3 . - المراقب
4 . - رئيس غرفة تجارة الأردن
5 . - رئيس جمعية المحاسبين القانونيين الأردنيين
6 - عميد كلية الحقوق في أي من الجامعات الرسمية التي يختارها رئيس اللجنة لمدة سنتين غير
. قابلة للتجديد
ب- يتقاضى أعضاء اللجنة المنصوص عليهم في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة بدلات العضوية
التي يحددها مجلس الوزراء.
