Article text
أ- يقدَم طلب الترخيص إلى الوحدة وفق النموذج المعتمد من اللجنة موقعاً من مقدمه أو
المفوض بالتوقيع عنه إذا كان شخصاً اعتبارياً.
ب- يرفق طالب الترخيص بالطلب الوثائق التي تثبت استيفاءه شروط الترخيص المنصوص
عليها في القانون وهذا النظام.
